Phase 1 — Perfect Canonical Record​

Design and validate the corridor record using the Middle Corridor.

Phase 2 — Validation Protocol​

Prove that records can be challenged and publication can be blocked for defensible reasons.

Phase 3 — Production Pipeline​

Make research, normalisation, drafting, review, publication and monitoring reproducible.

Phase 4 — Industrialization​

Automate consistency and generation without automating away scientific judgment.

Phase 5 — Global Expansion​

Expand through the global coverage matrix after three methodological stress tests.

Phase 6 — Intervention Layer​

Say which works would relieve documented bottlenecks, on documented evidence. Gated on Phase 1 and 2: an intervention requires a validated corridor record and its bottleneck register. Candidates may be authored earlier, marked as such.
